At Stitched By Ryleigh, I take pride in offering high-quality personalized products tailored to your unique preferences. Due to the custom nature of these items, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been processed.
Personalized Nature: Each product is made specifically for you, incorporating details provided during the order process. This customization makes it impossible for us to resell these items.
Order Confirmation: Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Ensure all personalization details are correct, including spelling, dates, and any other specifics.
Production Errors: In the rare event that I make a mistake in your order, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your product. I will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

Ready-to-Ship Items (Non-Personalized)
For items that are ready to ship and not personalized, I am happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Store Credit Only: Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available for these items.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email LennoxandLaneCo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Once reviewed, I will provide a replacement, store credit, or appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
